Global Travels & Tours operates as an authorized travel intermediary. We facilitate booking arrangements for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and consular visa processing.

Our team facilitates regular air tickets and discounted Group Fares. Please note the following regarding Group Fares:

• Seats under group fare allotments are non-changeable and non-transferable.
• Fares are guaranteed only upon full payment and ticket issuance.
• Airline schedules, routes, and operational details remain subject to changes made directly by the operating carriers.

We provide tourist and pilgrim visa assistance, including eVisa submissions and documents sorting:

• We do not guarantee visa approval. The power to grant or deny visa entries rests solely with the respective embassies or immigration departments.
• Visa fees paid to consular/government authorities are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether a visa is approved, delayed, or rejected.
• Processing timelines are estimations provided by embassies and are subject to change.

Global Travels & Tours shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damage, expense, or loss arising from flight delays, cancellation of flights, baggage loss, consular processing delays, pandemics, or government-imposed entry restrictions.

5. Governing Law

These terms, booking conditions, and pilgrimage contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow.
